Local Hack Day brings together the students at your school on December 3rd 2016 for 9 hours of learning, building and sharing. This Local Hack Day will be focussed on getting people started with development and hackathons in general. We will be having multiple workshops varying from Introduction to Git & Github to learning to build your website and web services in Python and also one small CTF event. Be there if you are quite a beginner or enthusiastic about programming and meeting the fellow developer community around New Delhi. (Be assured, it will be quite a noob-friendly event!)

What is a hackathon?


A hackathon is an invention marathon. Students come together to build cool software & hardware hacks over few hours. It’s very beginner friendly.

How much does it cost?


Nothing. Attending a hackathon is free.

Do I need to be a student to attend?


Yes. Only students who are currently enrolled at a college/university or have graduated within the past 12 months are eligible to attend.

Where is the event?


The event is being hosted at The Founder’s Cafe, New Delhi.

What is Major League Hacking?


Major League Hacking is the official student hackathon league in North America & Europe. We work with over 200 Member Events and empower over 70,000 students every year.

Is there a code of conduct?


Yes there is. We enforce it very strongly. You can find it here.
